Here are the terms of service for website designing, e-commerce development, website development, or any other service provided by Webneritsolutions. In order for Webneritsolutions to provide website designing and development services, the customer must provide a billing address. Webneritsolutions Web Design will request any additional information at sign-up and the customer will be required to provide it. By signing our order form or placing an order online, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions of service.
The down payment requirement for custom website and design services with Webneritsolutions is 50%. Site development down payments are non-refundable and are subject to Webneritsolutions's discretion. We expect to receive the final payment within 15 days of the project's completion. A progress bill for a minimum of 25% of the remaining balance will be sent to the customer beginning on day 30 of development. On the first calendar day of the following month, ongoing website maintenance and updates are billed.
Development of Semi-Custom Websites: Webneritsolutions requires the first month's payment for semi-custom website subscriptions and the full amount for any add-ons, once the order is complete and before development is begun. If the service remains active, a monthly bill will be sent on the first of each month.
Each service invoice must be paid 15 days after it is issued. Default occurs after 20 days if payment has not been received. The customer is immediately in default for non-cleared checks and subject to a $35 returned check charge. Services will be interrupted if unpaid accounts remain unpaid 60 days after the invoice date. The monthly charge remains due even if this interruption occurs. Defaulted accounts are charged interest of $5.00 a month or 1.5% of the outstanding balance, whichever is greater. You may only charge 1.5% interest per month, if the state's laws allow it.
Webneritsolutions may enforce its rights under these Terms and Conditions by claiming attorney and collection agency fees from you if you default.
Webneritsolutions assumes no responsibility for interruptions of service beyond its control. The supplier's disruptions and natural disasters are among these.
Authentication codes/passwords and user IDs will be kept confidential by the customer. It is strictly forbidden to share your account information or passwords. The customer agrees to contact Webneritsolutions via email or telephone as soon as possible if he believes his user ID or password has been compromised.
Any and all claims, disputes, or controversies involving this agreement, including but not limited to those involving breach thereof, will be resolved through mediation prior to the initiation of any adjudicative action or proceeding, including arbitration.
Webneritsolutions Web Design's services may be used only according to the law. US Federal, State, and City laws prohibit the storage, documentation, transmission, or presentation of data that violates them. Copyrighted or plagiarized material, racist or threatening material, obscene or pornographic content, or material protected under another law are examples of this material.
Customers of Webneritsolutions Web Design are not permitted to pirate software, use unlicensed mp3 files, post hacker programs, host warez websites, or engage in pornographic activities. Customers who use Webneritsolutions web Design's services agree to indemnify and hold Webneritsolutions Web Design harmless from any claims that may arise. Unsolicited Commercial E-mails (UCEs) or spam are prohibited, and if used by clients, will result in account termination. A customer agrees to pay Webneritsolutions any reasonable costs incurred by the company in responding to dispute complaints and damages caused by the action of sending an Unsolicited Commercial E-mail.
Upon receiving a proposal from Webneritsolutions, the customer is responsible for reviewing it carefully and evaluating the proposal. Webneritsolutions reserves the right to refuse projects add-ons or charge appropriately for the time and materials used if they exceed the scope of the original proposal. Additional payments for added services are due prior to development or net 15 days, as determined by Webneritsolutions.
Generally, it is the customer's responsibility to review the project timeline and adhere to its deadlines. If Webneritsolutions do not meet deadlines, it may delay or halt projects. If Webneritsolutions's workflow is interrupted by the delay of a project, Webneritsolutions may invoice the customer for additional resources. Delays in a project might lead to its termination, and starting the project again may require a new development agreement. In case of a project delay or termination due to the customer failing to adhere to the project timeline, the down payments are not refundable.
Once the website has been paid in full, the copyright of the website is transferred to the website purchaser. Customers who cancel their subscriptions will receive a copy of their website if the copyright transfer has been processed. It will include the entire file structure in a .zip file and, if applicable, the MySQL database dump in a SQL file.
Subscriptions and layouts do not come with WordPress login credentials. The website purchaser receives copyright for semi-custom websites after their subscriptions are active for one (1) year. The copyright for a semi-custom website is transferred upon full payment for website development if it is paid for in advance. Customers who cancel their subscriptions will receive a copy of their website if the copyright transfer has been processed. It includes a .zip file containing the entire file structure and a MySQL dump if available.
After the project meets the full scope of development and is approved by the customer, it is considered complete. In the event that a customer requests changes beyond the terms of the original proposal, Webneritsolutions may charge an additional fee. Upon completion of a project, the customer has a one-week timeline to launch the website or provide Webneritsolutions with credentials to make the site live. An inadequately launched website may delay the go-live date and may result in additional expenses at the discretion of Webneritsolutions. Macrsquads will only grant account access to the website and provide written or verbal training after final payment for the project is received by them.
